The total cost of this project is $600,000. The goal is to raise 40-50% of the total cost locally – from individuals, families, local businesses – and then leverage this support to secure grants from outside sources to complete the project.
As of January 2012 we have raised more than $272,000 itoward our project. These funds have come from more than 125 individual/family donors ranging in size from $5.00 to $5,000; local businesses; service clubs; as well as Urban Renewal funds from the City of The Dalles.
